Nimkish Pav Bhaji Masala
Ingredients Required:
½ kg potatoes
250g vegetables
5 tomatoes (400g)
1-2 cups water
50g butter
Recipe:
Boil and mash 500g potatoes along with 250g parboiled mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, peas). Heat 5 tbsp oil in a kadai / wok and add 5 (400g) crushed tomatoes and 50g Nimkish Pav Bhaji Masala. Sauté for 4 -5 minutes or until oil separates. Now put mashed potatoes along with mashed vegetables and add 1 – 2 cups of water. Cover and let it simmer on low heat till ready. Now put 50g butter in it. Garnish with fresh coriander, lemon wedges and diced onion. Serve hot with pav/buns.
